yes I go to bed around 11:30 and awake at 7:30 and I sleep better if I stick to that. And yes it's a fact that you need a good nights sleep and try and do a relaxtion around half hour before bed even if you feel ok as that's when we benefit the most
That is one of the symptoms I have experienced.
Hi Pink, most definitely, anxiety is twice as bad when I feel off colour and haven't slept well. I am glad you have been able to control your anxiety a bit better.

hi i find mine is much worse when i dont sleep at all well ! last night i was lucky.that i got 1 hour really fed up with this dont know were togo from here !david
