whenever i lay down to go to sleep, my stomach feels odd . it doesn't hurt . it feels sorta bubbly . it doesn't matter if im laying on my back , side , or stomach, it feels weird . also , i have emetophobia ( fear of vomit ) and i get really scared when my stomach hurts or feels odd . so any help or advice ?

Does it help when you sit up because then it could just be extra acid which is common with anxiety
