So my vision has like changed. I see floaters and black dots everyday and at night i see double vision but only on tv with words. Im really scared thst anxiety cant cause this. Im only 23 nd my anxiety is starting to freak me out. Please tell me spmeone else has this too

Anxiety CAN cause this. Look up anxiety center and list of symptoms. Blurred visio. Is on there, as is other vision symtpoms. Believe me, it is normal and anxiety can cause this.

Ever read in a book when a character was stressed or scared and say "my vision blurred"? Yeah. Same thing. We are just used to it

It's all very part of anxiety, have you been sleeping well? If not that's were the double vision comes in.

Floaters everyone has them just when your going through anxiety you tend to look for something to fixate on and since its in your line of vision (literary) you'll freak out about it

Try to find something that really engages your mind.

Baking kneading dough Is very therapeutic or you can make salt dough if you have lil ones they might just enjoy it with you
