Hi Meg! i cannot tell much for what you just describe (it can be from a panic attack or just low blood pressure symptoms), what ever is the case just try to relax, lay down, take a long-deep breathe 6 seconds inhale, hold it for 2 to 4 seconds and then exhale 6 seconds exhale this will help you A LOT trust me been there

Yes, I have so many symptoms. First my ears block and ring, my heart rate elevates, I need to go to the toilet constantly, my chest and breathing is very tight and I feel nauseous. I'm even getting IBS from my anxiety, mood swings and irritability. I've been in and out of the doctor and nothing.... I listen to relaxation cd's, breathe and keep telling myself it's just anxiety, calm, breath, accept and move forward. I do appreciate this does not always work. It doesn't for me. I am at witts end and am now seeing a psych and keep open about how I'm feeling to friends, family and husband. It's easier once people understand xxxxxx

Yes meg I have had that quite often. It's the anxiety and stress. It freaked me out too but it passes. It's not from low blood pressure in my experience as mine was normal. Rest easy. ~Brian

Low blood pressure can make u have dizziness and headaches as i have low bloods but it is more likely the anxiety unless you have just moved suddenly.

Please go to the ER ASAP, only because you mention vision changes. Better safe than sorry. Hugs to you!

I wouldnt say a and e is the right thing to do. Creating more panic will make things worse. I also have vision problems blurred vision dizziness its very hard for me to read most days. Gp would be a better call.

Try pinching your thigh while deep breathing. ....pinch and hold for 5 Seconds then let go for 5 Seconds...keep repeating. ....your anxiety will drift away and your headache will ease too

I am in the same boat as you. Trust me it's a scary place and so scary to feel. I have had a horrible week with all my symptoms.

Today I am so dizzy and lightheaded it's jus driving me nuts. Driving is so hard for me I get those feelinags everytime I drive now. My vision gets weird to.

I honestly don't know how to fix it. I would love to know how to get rid of this.
