Try calm.com I am going through the same thing. It seems to help a bit. I also drink chamomile or lemon balm tea. Good luck!

Thank u so much I will check it out I also drink chamomile tea I love it

I do not know if you believe in God but Bethel music is amazing. I noticed that after I kept it on, I slept easier without waking afraid. Plus, Bethel is awesome.

It is a church with some great people, so I just thought I would mention it since it helped me.:)

It is a place and you can find songs on youtube. And I am sure they have a website as well. "You Make Me Brave" is an awesome song. As is, "You Love Me Anyway" but that song is not Bethel. It is great, though and they relax me more than any other song. :)

Your welcome, I hope it is useful. Anxiety/panic is awful and if I can help with resources I have been given I will do so. Take care.
