Yes, i do pilates ind i find that beneficial for unwinding. I do try to drink water as much as poss (but I do tend to forget!)

Yes, I like yoga and meditation, by yoga teacher has given me lots of different suggestions to help with the anxiety. I don't go to the gym, but like swimming. xx
