I know this sounds weird but does anyones head get really tingley? At the front ? I get it to the point I have to keep rubbing it. I also feel like im getting tunnel vision quite alot recently

Yes I know I do actually a few hrs ago.

But I realized I was having bad thoughts(hypochondriac) and I was breathing a bit fast.

Try to see if that's what is happening to you when that happens.

A few doctors have told me all these symptoms happen because we are getting to much carbon dioxide by breathing improperly

Yes, that's actually part of my more simpler anxiety symptoms. You are just fine dear. It is nothing to worry about, trust me!! I would LOVE for that to be the only anxiety symptom I have. Tunnel vision is an everyday thing for those who suffer with anxiety sometimes.
