What do you mean? When we have anxiety/panic we can get various symptoms. They can be on there own or come together. I get derealisation symptoms, I find these the worse. It sounds like what you are experiencing. Totally detached from the real world. As if you are the only one there. It does feel like you are going mad/crazy. It is just anxiety/panic, just say to yourself it is only anxiety/panic. You may find the living with anxiety community better for advice.

Thats ok to feel that way, the problem starts when we try to hard to get rid of the fear. So recognise it and breathe.. this too shall pass God says x
