I've been having vision change. It started 2-3 weeks ago, I noticed my vision is seeing floaters sometimes, foggy vision especially at night. I've also been having headaches, bad side pain on right side of stomach. Wth is going on with me?! It's 2 am I'm tired can't sleep to scared. Can anyone relate to me? Can this be anxiety?

I totally understand how you feel. I have the same symptoms as you plus many more.
You have to try n keep busy I find it helps me and I have severe anxiety disorder so I know what everyone on here is going through
