Hi

Yes, I feel like that right now as a a matter of fact. Its very odd and annoying. I feel like there is a ball in there and it's preventing me from swallowing. Then I panic and I cant swallow, even though I have nothing in my mouth to swallow lol. Then I feek like its obstructing my air way.

Bottom line is , it isn't real. You have to tell yourself that.

I have and just like rosesRred said you got to push it out of your mind and you get some relief.

Its one of your bodies subconscious reactions to anxiety. I have it all the time the one thing I do that works for ALL my anxiety symptoms is go for a walk/jog. Every time never fails by the time im home the feeling (whatever it was) is gone. Try it and please lemme know if it works! God bless.
