I get these feels in my arms and hands its worse in my hands,don't no if this is due to me laying on my arm when asleep but i wake up its numb then my hands are numb and tinkling it scares me its like iv lost the use of my arm,is it my medication or nothing to worry about .

i have the same problem tingling face hand and feet, i started to do more exercise and bit yoga breathing it does help try it
