I have them at them moment 10mg I can take up to 4 in a day as required. I just take one if I have extreme anxiety which comes in bouts all depends whats going on with my symptoms but they def help me

Propanalol is fine, I take 3 a day 40mg and they do help take edge off things. I don't feel any side effects with them as I do with my other pills. You will be fine
