Shaky and very dizzy

Hope your ok i find i get like that when im in town shopping feels like everyone is watching me and going in slow motion. Im new to this group hopee you feeling better

Hi Cloe,your sensation to faint is related to something happened before?Could be linked to an event, situation, a person and so on.I think maybe you`ve to try to understand the trigger of your sensation and when that feeling is more stronger.Have you asked your GP to have a blood test just to check that is everything ok with your body?

Hi Richey,you feel that people are watching you, well, we have our eyes for looking around and maybe someone will encounter you on the way.Maybe trying to be more focused on what you like to see in the shopping centre might help you to be focused in your interests rather than what other people doing...keep going there and joining a group might be helpful...if you ask on some local libraries for example, there are some groups there , depends on your interests or you can find something on google, events,meets up groups, culture,sport ect. Social interactions are very important to understand what it means be with other people and you will see that it will be not so frightening after all.
