Sometimes I can't seem to eat, swallow or have an appetite because I'm always thinking the worst and I worry a lot which has caused me to loose weight. Can someone please explain this to me. It's horrible.

I will eat anything the dr. Prescribed Zoloft. But I'm Leary about taking them. Thank you for replying.

I am the opposite I turn to food as a comfort I then worry myself getting on the scales and think why haven't I put weight on cos of all the food I've eaten am I ill but I just think I have that much anxiety running through my body it just burns it all off as my heart pounds a lot and my tummy churns. Sorry I'm not much help in answering your questions. Lots of love xxxx
