I don't think anyone can really answer your question on here as it is an Anxiety site mainly for support over Anxiety & know one is medically trained to give medical advice on such situations

You would be better talking with your GP or a trained nurse in your doctors practice & hopefully they will be able to give you peace of mind over your concern

Is it possible that you are pregnant? If so you could try a pregnancy test and then follow up with a visit to the doctors.
