Oh my dear,

Do you think is anxiety or asthma with this hot temperature today?

I ve been anxious today/difficult to breath cause is hot..so I had a shower, put on light clothing and staying in the coolest room of the house.

If you feel like going to hospital, just go,for your peace of mind...

Xxx☺️

Hope you ll feel better soon..find something that refresh you it might help..?and try to distract yourself ..

Hi Claire, I'm sorry you are having a bad day. Hang in there. If it's anxiety maybe try and take deep breaths and meditate. Or perhaps go on a walk and get some fresh air. When ever I feel jittery I get up and move, keep myself busy to use that energy. Sitting still makes me feel worse so I try and do something to ease my body and mind. I hope you start feeling well soon.

What's CBT?

in reply toClaire1981

Cognitive behaviour therapy...You should have some..helps you with panick attacks and to get out of the house..gp can referr you

in reply toClaire1981

You re pretty much my age,you re young and you re a mum,you don t like to leave your house for the last year and I can t believe nobody referred you to some CBT!!what a disgrace!

Sorry if I'm asking those questions ..but since I had problems leaving the house and I overcame this ,I would like to help others..and understand other people point if views
