HI Pink x Glad to hear you had a good positive day at your sisters x I used to be on prop tablets and the advice from the doctors is to wean yourself off them x So maybe go back to speak to your gp if you want to do this and discuss the plan until then if they are helping carry on taking them x Donver xx

I spoke to a gp he said its such a low dosage I can stop and start them whenever with no effects but it still freaks me out aha! Thankyou for advice hope your well xx

Maybe still cut it in half and try that way just to wean off x the shakes could just be the nerves off going without so it maybe enough halving to tell you its all good x

Dear Pink cookie,

Glad you had a positive day. I'm afraid I can't advise re medication as I don't take any. Are you stopping taking them on medical advice. Re feeling shaky do you think it is the after effects of the party? Try taking some relaxing breaths and perhaps lie down and listen to some calming music.

Hi Pink... I agree with Mystery, perhaps it's after effects of the party and having a good time. I sometimes do this too, when I had a good day or a drink I overthink it when I am coming out of that "feel good" moment. Try and relax and hold on to that positive feeling of the day. Sending you positive vibes for a good night.

Hiya, I feel like that after a heavy night on the drink or too much caffeine, its horrid...takes days often to feel 'normal' again.I have been alcohol free for 5 weeks and weight going down.Surprising how much ale on its own affects the body.Sorry dont think Ive helped you question, but a racing mind isn't pleasant I know.I try and knock myself to sleep either through night nurse or other med.Or tire yourself out, its worse when have to work next day and cant sleep cos of it. xx
