Will I ever be able to actually live a little?though it's hard when in pain or scared I feel as though I'm waisting my life

You sound just like me :( maybe one day well have lived through every symptom possible! But for now we have to try and push it to one side to try and enjoy life as best we can :/! Best of luck xxx

Hi thanks ,it just makes me so angry at all the time I've wasted on it but when your in the grips of anxiety it's so hard to get out of x

And me :( its one of the most frustrating things to have because the pains don't even need to be there it's just ourselves making them worse :( I wonder if ill ever be healthy me again xxx

Hey, we all have our cross to bear, and like you, mine is pressing heavy on me - especially emotionally for me and my close family at the moment. We have to be strong, but do look to others who can and will offer support and love. We all deserve some TLC and so if you are offered help, do not be afraid - grab it with BOTH HANDS!! We are all worthy human beings and only have one chance at this life, so be brave and keep smiling! Good luck. xx

I've spent hours, days, weeks worrying about my health over the last 20 years.

I really don't know how many productive hours I've lost since the internet and Dr Google have arrived - too many to calculate!

I sometimes just think back to all the times I've thought I'm having a heart attack for example, spent time stressing and I get so introverted and my head is having a fight with itself for days , weeks on end, and I never have!!!! But when your in this state how do you think rationally and get out of it?

To everyone who mentions the fear of dying. I have this awful fear as well and think about it most of the time.
