I've suffered ill health for years, it all started with the depression from a child (being brought up by abusive parents), then being diagnosed with scoliosis etc and then the panic attacks came. I would be out and someone would approach me and I would just loss it, I thought nothing of it for yrs and just avoided going out as often. Then one day someone came to the house and tried to push their way in. I don't know what happen then but somehow I push him away and slam the door shut.
The next thing was I was having a meltdown, I couldn't breath and I started to panicked. I got a paper bag and started to breath into it and tried to calm myself down.
Now every time I go out, I am on edge and panic if someone approaches me. Its a horrible feeling.
