Been having bad twitching in; my eye lids, my forehead, above my ears, my arms.. It's really really really getting annoying. Because, every twitch triggers thoughts of a possible stroke in my head.. I need people to ensure me that I'm not going to have a stroke!! Tell me these twitches are normal! How do I stop these twitches!!?

Twitching..
Hi, I get twitches in my eyelids and occasionally in my arm.nits usually when I'm run down. I find by getting a few good nights sleep, trying to eat healthily, drinking lots of fluid and taking a multi vitamin really helps.
Take care x

I some times get twitches in my legs and as winter says I get it to when I am run down as well.
If you can do something that helps you relax such as a bath etc this can calm down you over thinking mind.
The more you try to stop the twitches the long they stay I found.
So try and find something else's to do to take you mind and thoughts in a new direction okay hope this helps a bit.
Hi
I get twitching in my eye so bad I think people can see it & I have had it in my cheek & feeling like one is on my head
It is when you are tired & stressed & can go on a few days but it does stop
I understand your fear , I am just the same , if you can try & ignore it ( I know that's not easy ) but they will settle down & go away again
Love

Hi twitching can be a sign of being run down and tired. I have read that calcium ie a drink of milk can help, also magnesium eg multivitamin and mineral tablet as others have said. I know it can be v distracting and annoying. Best thing is to occupy yourself with something nice like a good book or your favourite hobby. I had horrible eye twitch all through one weekend but getting home and a night's rest fixed it.-worrymagic
