Hi Lowtongirl.
Try deep breathing or listen to music it usually helps. Don't let it spoil your journey.
Stay strong Kennyxxx

At the station now,and do feel a little calmer,4 hours to go,so hope it lasts. Thanks for the response Jasper x
Dear Lowton girl,
Keep up with the music. Does it help to think about the postive things you will be doing with your family when you get there?
MR
Anxiety likes to stay home so it throws up lots of reasons and feelings to make sure you stay in. You're being brave and the symptoms will ease
Thinking of you.
Let us know how you get on.xxx
