SELF ESTEEM, HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR GOOD POINTS & POSITIVE QUALITIES

To begin to develop a more balanced view of yourself, it is helpful to write a list of your qualities, talents, strengths and skills.

It's ok to start slowly, with small things and it may take time to get going.

Be pleased if you only come up with one or two things.

Bringing Your Positive Qualities T o Life

A good way to begin to make your balance view more concrete is to reflect on your positives daily.

A 'positives' diary can help with this.

Make a note of any self critical thoughts that might pop up, then we can start to challenge them.
