No sleep again!heart monitor connected! wondering if I'm going to make it through the night AGAIN.

Hi everyone not doing very well guys I'm lying here with hot sweats, pain in my right calf muscle sometimes an ache in my left calf muscle occasional chest discomfort im scared im going down. Ive had a heart monitor fitted for a week it comes off tomorrow be glad when the results are in. I'm also getting arm discomfort mainly right very occasionally left but it's freaking me out.Im taking lyrica pregabalin for anxiety although I'm not diagnosed 100 % yet. Got to be up in 3 & half hrs for work for another load of stress.

Hi, Take it from a seasoned anxiety sufferer what you have is anxiety. I get all of those symptoms. May e when you get diagnosed the symptoms will ease as you will not be stressing out about what it is. Has anything triggered it recently? Sounds like maybe work? X

Oh thank god as im reading your reply I can't control my emotions I was so worried last nigh it's the worst night iv had for a while. Thanks so much for reassuring me. Work is realy stressful at the moment so that makes sense.

No worries. Take your medication and ask to see a counsellor. The meds work best when combined with talking therapy. It's a long bumpy road but you'll get there. X

Ok I'm on the waiting list to see a councillor looks like another 6 weeks . Trying to be strong for my amazing wife & beautiful daughter its so hard. Thanks again.
