hello everyone

i have not been on here for some time iam doing ok i do have my bad days with anxiety the tablets are ok but need better ones i will need to call a doctor soon so i can say i need better tablets as they are not the best iam trying to be strong but some times its difficult but iam trying xx

You seem to no what you need & thats a change of meds , which is a positive that you have got to a stage where you no this

Make that appointment as soon as you can , the sooner you get the meds sorted it will help you to not feel you are having to struggle to stay strong
