Can't see my GP

tried to see my GP who has been treating my HA. Couldn't get an appt. for 6 weeks at least. Using money from my birthday to pay to see a private GP and got referred to a neurologist. What is going wrong with the system.

Hi,

This seems to be on going occurrence on this forum! This happened to me yesterday! Managed to get in and see my doctor. To be honest I think it's happening all over the country! I would tell them you can't wait that long stand your ground if you can ( I didn't:( got hubby to do it)

Makes me mad the waiting time for seeing the doctor. Hope you get somewhere, good luck xx

I think they are taking on too many patients

hi holly, 6 weeks is an absolute disgrace, is there a complaints procedure you possibly go through ? .

There is I might contact the practice manager. Thanks for replying. Sometimes. I think I am on my own with this
