Got an appointment

Well hubby sorted out a doctors appointment... After yesterday I'm bit nervous now

Feeling anxious .. Hate going to doctors... Always think the worse. But I know I have to....so here goes. Hope you are ok xxxx

You sound just like me when I need to go to the doctors , I no I need to , but then get anxious & worried they will say there is something wrong !

I am sure there wont be its our anxiety telling us this
