Doctors appointment

decided to book another doctors appointment, havent been for a while and i didnt get much help. This time ill make sure i do get help, think ive suffered long enough

When is your appointment , have you long to wait ?

Jot down some notes & make sure you dont leave till they have listened to everything you have to say & with what sounds like determination in the way your post is coming across you will make them listen this time !

Its the 12th of november. Ill write some notes down and i will make them listen. Last time they gave me antidepressants but im not depressed. Thanks ill let you know xxx

good luck pink.................. I always thought my gp was great, but just realised he just wants to give me a tablet and send me on my way..... the only good thing he did was give me details of a programme that mind run called 'reach out' and the lady from that has really helped, I see her every week or so for support, shes referred me for counselling and Im starting a confidence building course tomorrow.

Maybe you could ask your gp if theres anything like this for you??
