Some good news

Well we moan about the NHS but this is a classic. I had an echo on my heart last sept. and thought no more about it. The fact they didn't let me know presumed it was ok. Today I got a letter, a year late to say it was ok. Apparently they had put the report in the wrong file. No apology given. Good job I wasn't at deaths door
