Those meds as we said & you are aware of , it wont be to much longer before they start working , just take each day as it comes

Thanks WhyWhy, my real name is 'Ciaran', it has just started to ease off a bit...had a nice bath after a long day of being busy and high anxiety, i'll be taking my dogs out over to the park in a little bit, it always makes me feel better seeing them run around and have fun xxx

I am pleased to hear you feel a little better & thats sounds a good way of trying to clear your head , its a lovely evening here & walking the dogs over at the park sounds a good idea

Hi London-man, firstly welcome o the site, there are loads of nice people on here who will give advice, and support. What meds are you taking, I have jut had to change from citalopram to venlafaxine. Also I am from London, Hackney I was born.
