I forgot I'd rang to speak to him, so when he rang it took me by surprise!
Anyway I told him how going out is getting worse, my eating has gone to pot although I don't feel as anxious all the time. So I've got to up my tablets again! I hate taking tablets but I will do anything to get better again.

Thank you, I just want to be able to take the children out again. I feel like I'm failing them at the moment. We should be going to carfest next weekend and I just cannot see myself going anywhere. I cannot take my son to the cinema even though he is desperate to go. I couldn't even go to Subway tonight it's only 5mins drive away. I've been anxious all day because I thought the blind man was coming and he didn't. So I've hardly eaten as I'm scared that I might choke and I was anxious that he was coming.
Feeling a bit better now, I've had some tea and some pudding.
Love Winter xx

Hello Winter
I understand how you feel here , when mine were young I could feel guilty & still do now , as I have to say I cant go to things because of the way I am , but now they are old enough to understand
But the more pressure we put on ourselves feeling guilty , just adds to the anxiety
Now if you were sat there with a broken leg or something , you wouldnt feel bad as that would be something you could see , but with this we can feel bad as we cant see it & find it hard to accept its an illness & at the moment we are not well , but we have to , because thats the truth
I would just say Mums not well at the moment , nothing for you to worry about because I will get better & then we will do all these things , its surprising as much as they want to do these things they do tend to accept that if you tell them
Is there another family member that could take your son , or a friend he has that maybe you could send him with (sorry dont no their ages )
O dear these blinds just dont seem to be meant to be , the worry they are causing you
Stay strong though hun & give those meds chance to work , its still early days
Well done though managing to eat tonight & with food , I always think it helps meds to work better , rather than taking them on an empty stomach
