Can anyone help me to find a free therapist in Leeds?

I haven't got too much money to go for a paid session, I found one psycho therapist in Oatley Road, but it's 57 pounds for 50 minutes.Its too much. Can anyone help me.I have serious mental problems(anxiety, low self confidence and esteem, depression, fear about people)

If you wish to talk to your GP they can refer you or you can refer yourself usually.

Do expect a waiting list on the NHS but usually they will tell you how long you would need to wait until you see someone.
