Has anyone been prescribed beta blockers for panic attacks

Hello. Yes i am on propanolol for anxiety. They do help me a bit with that internal jittery feeling. I'm on 20mgs three times a day. But I think that can be increased. But im trying to get by with what I'm prescribed just now. K.xx

I am on 10mgs tds so I think I'll ask for it to be increased

Hiya, Im on propranalol, 20mg three times a day and find that it does wonders for me, it takes all the panic feeling away and I can plod on witha normal life

Hi I'm on propanalol, I take 80mg once a day and I can take another if I get bad! Xx

I think I will ask for a higher dose as this is not making muck difference
