Hi Bonnie1959,
It sounds like you are going through a difficult situation. You are doing the right thing in discussing how you are feeling as we know it is helpful to talk about problems. It’s important to know that help is available and that you can start to feel better and improve given the right support.
It is a good idea to talk through the way you are feeling with a friend or family member if you can. If you need to talk with someone immediately you can call the Samaritans.
It is also worth considering making an appointment with your GP. We find that talking through things with a counsellor or therapist can help you explore how you are feeling and help you make positive choices that will benefit you.
Included below are some numbers which you may find helpful including Anxiety UK’s helpline.
Take care

Hi Bonnie,
I understand how down this can make you feel. Ring the dr's and have a chat about your tablets, just like you told me to do! You do give me loads and loads of good advice, try to think about what you've said to me and turn it round. Using a bit of mindfulness look at yourself from outside and what would you tell yourself. Everybody who reads your blog will root for you because we all love and care for you.
I am not just saying this but please believe me I have felt the same as you do now.I spoke to the Samaritans for an hour but did not really get anywhere. They did listen, they did offer sympathy but I got no solution. The best help I got was from 111.They were great,A nurse listened to all my symptoms and all my problems for nearly 50 minutes. Then she called me back ten minutes later and introduced me to a doctor to whom I spoke for another 20 minutes. In the end I had calmed down and felt 100% better Please try 111 and all the best to you
