Hello everyone
My attacks seem to happening very night now, and im very worried about it?! I get thr shakes,a lump in mouth feeling like it closing up & get all hot and needing a wee a l lot more! I have been given meds from the doctor, Dont what to do anymore

hi amziox. i have just joined here as looking for advice myself for anxiety, i also have some OCD as well. i havent gone down the medication route yet, but defiantely thinking about it as my anxiety is getting worse. at night i seem ok, but during the day i am so uptight and feel at any second I could lose my mind. I suppose just starting to talk about whats happening is a good start to help. i am reading up on a guy called carl sheppard, he talks about how to rebalance anxiety. i have just heard about him, but he may help. anything is better than nothing. take care
Hi, I find that I always get worried about not being able to sleep so I like to watch something light-hearted, especially good if it's something I can really get into even if I've seen it over and over and that usually helps me drift off. Hope that helps.
Read a book and distract yourself else it's a vicious circle you can't get back to sleep and feel like you are dying
