thanks for letting us all know. I was on AOD for a while but left because I already seemed to be on quite a few.

There are plently HU sites regarding mental health for anyone who needs it. Some are just starting out so many members would be greatly welcomed.

Yes, me too. it will be awful. Well I have just tried to compose an update blog about what users should do in 'worst case scenarios' (I'm not sure how much sense it makes me because my concentration but I have tried the best I can with it. People can ask me questions if they need to and active users will be aware of the obvious things anyway.) I hope it helps, and you were the catalyst for this, so thankyou. xxxx
