Off Topic as I understand it is basically writing blogs that cause distress to other users as opposed to trying to help and advise each other and provide support.

OT (off topic) postings are common and normal on all forums.
I belong and post on music ones and someone may simply have something to say which he/she feels is worthwhile sharing and post it 'OT' even if it's not any way music related.
It's quite normal forum behaviour and no one is obliged to read or remark on it.
Don't worry , its just a suggestion you might get a better answer if you post it on there
