Hi I've been looking at the sight recently. I've started with anxiety, shaking all the time and panic attacks. After over twenty operations for Crohn's disease plus new hip, I've become overwhelmed with it . Son suffers with mental health problems, mum has Alzheimer's and I don't seem to be able to cope.

Does anxiety ever go away
Hi Lorie,
Sounds like your going through the mill, hang in there.
Anxiety is a necessary part of living, but at normal levels.
Its when it gets out of proportion to the trigger that it can become a problem.
This is why its important to see a doctor and get referred for some therapy, CBT is good, and talking therapies.
these will help you cope with the anxiety.
Wishing you well

It does go away, or tails off to normal levels.
Trust me, it does get better with the right practice.
Life is really great for me at the moment, not perfect but I love life now.
I was a suicidal person before, with horrendous symptoms, so never give up.
