as i ave to take 40 citalapam gabalin an diazipan an im ave morphine patches which i use evry 3 days an i noticed that when i put my patch on i get no anxiety for about 2 days so this could be due to the pain im in

Ah....maybe a come down off of the morphine too, thats heavy stuff.

If you can get some help via therapy it might allow you some resbite from the pains too

I can be having an okay day and get pain and all of a sudden my anxiety hits the roof so yes I do think that can be the case for some. X

Both pain and Anxiety can be treated with cbt. Have you looked at the 'overcoming' series of books, for some useful advise?

sad thing is my pain is constant in my both hands as i have 3rd 4th 5th discs leaning on my spinal cord

an have pain in top of my back right hand side an both my hand feel inflamed all the time and my fingers feel as if they want to burst i am due for an epidural injection an have suffered 12 years an ave talked about haveing an op but this anxiety is so getting me down DaCu can you advise me on the books an sam1981 what do you do or use when your in pain as this anxiety started with me 2 years ago ive been takeing citalipam 40 for 4 months the other tablets are for my back i do not like to go out far and as for weekly food shop i reallly hate it as i have to drive myself to get it as hubby works but thankgod for iceland they deliver so i dont ave to carry lol !!!
