try to come back to thinking about the now moment where you seated on chair and the feeling of chair on your back and bum. Breath threw nose and out mouth. Feel your tummy with breath. But not forced breathing. Just slow

It will be over. Just stick with it if can. You will get through

Stick through it and realize that you're in control and no harm can come to you from anxiety. Anxiety can only make you feel uncomfortable it can't hurt you. Focus on the here and now.
