I feel nauseous and a tremendous amount of anxiety, it's raining and just feel so unreal at the moment, I woke up after just two hours of sleep and I'm just not sure how to feel better

Get up out of bed and go sit in a comfortable place, this will pass, you will get tired, and you can try again. I’ve found one of the worst things I can do is agonize in bed. Do you like reading books?

Thanks for being here

Not sure if I can try later cause it's kinda morning and gotta be in road in a few hours.. Whenever I'm super anxious I feel nauseated and stomachache....I love books:=

I don’t get nauseous or stomachache, my chest tightens up and my heart races! Isn’t it so weird how we experience the same illness so differently! You try again tomorrow night, but no matter what don’t agonize in bed if you can help it. You want your bed to remain a place of calm in your mind where you sleep.

Yup well, I'm not in this bed tommorow, but it definitely helped when I get away from it, thanks

Agonizing in bed is the worst .....ruminating and rehashing your problems over and ovee.......trying to "force * yourself to relax......how ludicrous!

My doctor always told me if I can't sleep to get up and watch T.V. or read until you are tired and then go back to bed. Seems to work.Good Luck!!

Sweet Dreams!!!

Try to lay back down and do some deep breathing exercises to relax. I'm listening to some relaxing music. You can try that too.

I find that anxiety is cyclical.....it's like your changes in the perception of things is altered from when you're feeling well to when you're feeling down anxious!

I know.......I used to be an intern years decades ago when I was a medical student......my view of the field changed drastically then!......From something that I worked so hard for actually came to be something I disliked!
