have you thought of any activities you can add to your week? Something you may enjoy? I’m adding new experiences to my days, getting up earlier every day to prepare for when I start work in early mornings. I think when Spring comes it will be easier to get out.
yes waiting on Spring , to hopefully change my mood , seems like that’s my saying “ when the weather changes, when I move , when this or that “ I do live to walk and have a charity miles app for work , a 50 every month challenges that about what I look forward to.
I’m into telling myself to just do it no matter how I feel. It does get easier when you start to get used to that.

Do you enjoy nature? Maybe go into the woods and be at peace there and explore. What do you enjoy doing? It will feel good to accomplish what you were afraid of
I started this like almost 2 yrs ago and I do a mile everyday dropping and picking up my daughter from school, then on Sunday’s I usually do 4 to 5 listening to my on line church and on Fridays my day off,
Doing household stuff laundry food shopping it adds up
