My house is haunted and there has been a lot of activity this week. My therapist says that the way things are aligned right now ( and I think to do with the full moon) that the veil between this world and the other worlds is thin.
Im wondering if anyone else has had any experience with spirits. I don’t know what they want and I don’t know if they are good or not. It’s affecting my anxiety and sometimes I feel like the mood the spirits give off have an impact on my emotional health.
The energies are very intense at the moment darling , what is your feeling with the spirits, most just want to say hello, x

Sure well in the past it’s been objects moving on their own like a towel lifting up while hanging or a hat sliding across the floor and my kids when young would (and they still remember this) talking to the ghosts who entered their play area. I don’t know what these spirits appeared to them as I’ll have to ask them as I don’t recall them describing them...
Now it’s dark grey and black shadow figures, the latest thing that occurred was I felt something behind me in a hallway and my middle son saw a shadow figure in the hallway and when I turned I saw it too. Also my youngest son saw a floating head a number of times. We all hear footsteps on the stairs in the early morning hours/ late night.
Wo We never can explain what’s out there in another dimension. I do think full moon has impact on people mood n activities as at my hospital, ER department always was extra busy during those nights. Well, I haven’t seen anything like that but something unexplained happened to me before. I was dreaming that I saw some paramedics carried out some body with white cloth covered in front of my neighbor’s home. I woke up scared and went to my kitchen grabbed some water. It was in the middle of the night, and few minutes I saw ambulance red lights outside wo the siren on I guess because it’s late at night? And I looked out, they carried a body out from my neighbor home opposite the street. It was spooky and I couldn’t explain how that happened.

I was getting ready for an appointment and in my minds eye I saw a man in great detail color of clothing bag etc with beard walking down a sidewalk toward me on my right side ... was on my way to my appointment guess what I saw at my right side a homeless man that man in my mind’s eye so... green bag beard all of it... so I think what are we supposed to do with it so I eventually turned around but I didn’t see him again
As quantum theory, everything consists of energy, particles, space. Everyone has different frequency, would that be we might pick up some extra sensory that we can feel/see all that?

I liked your comment about different dimensions and quantum theory, like string theory, or what is now called 'the theory of everything', ... all are quite interesting in that there are supposed to be 11 different dimensions on a sub atomic level... maybe since everything has an energy of sorts...and since energy is neither created nor destroyed, (excluding the Higgs boson partial), it's interesting that the body is basically just a piece of meat until it has the spark of life. What happens to that energy when we die...where does it go?...Who’s to say there isn’t some other form of energy within those sub atomic dimensions, just another mystery of the universe.

Quantum physics is mostly theoretical, like the imagination, every great thing begins... With CERN and a working quantum chip, our future is exponential...we will hopefully see wonderful things about our universe we would never have dreamed of....like the first Shamans who looked up at the stars and wondered what it all meant... now we may be able to be amongst the stars.

I think with the possible recent discovery of a particle that may be connected with dark matter, we are talking Star Trek warp drive here...and...even weirder stuff. Like the idea of somehow developing an air gel suit insulation that can maybe eventually be able to have an additive to filter out cosmic rays on a sub-atomic level, which is the biggest problem with long term space exposure. After all….we are all just star dust…

May I share a story?
Oh this was some years ago now. I was driving down a lonely road, no traffic in either direction. Thinking of nothing in particular.
All of a sudden I saw an enormous black plane heading right at my windshield. Within seconds it filled my windshield so it was all I could see. I screamed, my hands came off the windshield, and I crossed my arms in front of my face.
Immediately I felt a hand from the back seat on my shoulder. My Dad's voice was reassuring me "It's all right. Put your hands back on the steering wheel. It's not going to hit you. You're all right."
It calmed me instantly, and I put my hands on the steering wheel. The plane had already flown past.
It took me several seconds to realize I was in the car alone.
My husband says it was a C-130 that I saw. The road was quite near an air force base.

Hi Starrlight ghosts are different to spirits and demons Ghosts are what happens when someone dies but instead of going with their helpers to the other side - we all get helpers to escort us to the other side (heaven) - they instead refuse to go so are stuck here usually looking on at the new people living in their old home sometimes they make mischief , ghosts are always miserable because they haven't experienced the bliss of heaven , some gifted people can.send them to heaven telling them their loved ones are waiting for them there
When we moved to our house it seemed a bit haunted our children were young so I started saying The Lords Prayer with them every night it gave them a deep sense of security and nothing scary happened after that
Ghosts can't hurt you but they can scare you they are stuck here living a grey miserable existence when they should be in heaven where they could be happy

Hi, I’ve a personal experience:I was a teenager and since I was little girl my father was an alcoholic and I’ve been in bad circumstances very suffering but my father stayed with the family until he died. We eventually decided to move to a better place, on an island, where we thought it could change as it was his desire, but things don’t change even there. I remember one day I was sleeping in my room and I remember someone was touching my hand making sweet caresses and it was very real that I was asleep but slowly I could woke up my brain, but my body for other few secs couldn’t move, I said “hey mum I’m coming now” thinking it was my mum, when I could move I could see nobody and I felt shocked because I knew it was real! The feeling of peace during that moment of cuddle was amazing and I felt safe. I’ve never said that in years to anyone. I realised during the night some footsteps on the rooftop, but in those times I knew there was no one there.
So now after years I’m an adult I spoke w my mum and she told me she could her footsteps indoors as well and she never told me.
She told me that someone told her that in that building there are ghosts and the people know it.
Few months ago I experienced for the first time in my life something very unpleasant: shaking the bed and feeling pushed from behind the bed and touching my foot and leg under the sheets. Every time was so strong and stronger that I was in panic! I started to think I was hallucinating. I didn’t want to go back to my mum’s that time but I knew I needed to go, so I traced and went back to my mums house for holiday and there happened again! I felt very scared!
So what happened was that being there I saved my dog from dying and I went to my aunts and I saved his husband against close minded mentality that doesn’t appreciate the dangers. I’m a nurse by the way and I lost my father, my aunt was his sister, he didn’t want her sister suffer with the husband death I believe, and same my mother w the dog.
Since then nothing more happened.
I believe they are trying to tell you something. Be open and you will understand

I put olive oil at the entrance s and by my bed and said the Lords prayer. Another time I commanded the spirit to go in Jesus name. I have had experiences with good and bad spirits. Also my guardian angel. I'm concerned for you because you have to be careful. Can you talk to your pastor or church elder about this? Because you may need several believers to come together and pray in your house. In the meantime put on the armor of God and arm yourself. Pray and be in the spirit you know what to do. "Fear not for I am with thee be not afraid for I will give thee strength. " Be kind to yourself whatever is going on and understanding. Try reading Psalms or just pick up your Bible or Qur'an and start reading. Find comfort and strength in your faith.
Thanks Gentlespirit ive had the house blessed by a priest and I took blessed water from an Muslim teacher and prayed and blessed the house on all corners even in the attic. I think the spirit is harmless, the others who live in the house feel the same. I’m curious about your guardian angel. Can you tell me more about that?
I was going to go to the corner bus stop by where i lived and I felt a strong urging to wait and a few minutes later i was going to go and i felt a very strong wait and yet i thought that i should go and I even put my coat on again and i was outside my door and even went down some steps i think anyway I heard a voice command wait and I sensed a spirit. I believe it was my guardian angel . i went back inside and ended up going about 40 minutes later than I intended and realized that i was blest because a shooting had just happened and the tape was up. A lady said a man was running away and he was shot and if I had left earlier i would have been right there and may have been shot. Theres other times too and I didn't always listen . Have you felt your guardian angel s presence?
Awesome! One night I was getting in my car and I heard “Beware” as I was opening the door. I paused but I got in anyway and started the car and heard “beware” again but I kept going on my way home. The car slid on black ice and I was sliding toward a telephone pole and was out of control I clenched my eyes closed and next thing I knew I was perfectly fine stopped at a stop sign.

Amazes me. My mom had a story too. She was getting into her car and did not feel at peace so she did not start her car. She waited and waited to see a small child come out from behind one of her tires and go back to playing in the yard.
Hey Starrlight, very interesting post! I too am Christian but I don't cast any judgment or such. I very much believe in the presence of spirits here both good and bad. My parents grew up in a haunted house with a spirit that was jealous of my dad. Whenever he visited my mom the spirit would do malicious things and create a hostile feeling but when he was gone the spirit was very subdued. Here in our current home, my wife grew up with a spirit that walked the land outside and there were moments where people could be seen carrying pottery through the yard only to not be there the next second! Turned out the haunting came from a piece of pottery they dug up at the site and following a sage burning and some prayers the spirit was gone. Never came back.
I'm not sure if you believe in priests, pastors, druids ect. But find one of them and ask them to bless your home and or calm the spirit. I'm catholic so personally I ask a priest to bless things and use holy water. It's worked very well for me and whenever I have problems with dreams and such a sprinkle of holy water helps. Even if you think it's crazy, just try it out. You can bring a bottle to any Catholic Church and ask for some or ask a priest to bless it. Or go a different route, up to you!
Hey Slate! Wow the pottery having attachments to it is fascinating. In my experience the sage burning actually seemed to bring about more activity of the spirits. I was Catholic most of my life before becoming Muslim so there’s blessed holy water around. I am away from all religions now but my parents still practice. Thanks 😊 luckily I don’t think these spirits mean harm.
Well that's good to hear! There are ones out there that are mean, but most I think can only affect us minor ways. Interesting about the sage burning. I suppose it's trial and error sometimes!
I have one last story... I used to work at Publix with this guy that was a Stripper at night. He started dating this Nymphomaniac who had a rather unhealthy relationship with her daughter. After a while he was being haunted and realized it was her that was haunted. Nothing else. In fact she wanted to be with him because he was the only thing that kept the spirits from pestering her. Needless to say the relationship was pretty messed up and he left. But apparently it can be people too that things attach towards.
Yes! I’ve heard that! I’ve heard spirits/jinns can even fall in love with a person. It’s interesting to learn about.

I'm glad you noticed the spirits seem to mean no harm, and I'm glad we have our intuitions to guide us. I like the suggestion you had earlier about talking to them.

I haven't noticed anything lately. Sometimes I'll be walking by myself somewhere and feel like I'm being watched. I always hope it's a harmless animal or bird. If I feel creeped out or unsafe, I turn around and leave, like one early morning when I tried a new walking trail. A friend told me it's haunted there. We walked later in the day when there were other people, and it was fine. Good luck with your house. Is there someone locally you can get there to help you? Maybe someone who can bless your house or bring in some sage. (I got this from Google: Smudging has long been used to connect to the spiritual realm or enhance intuition. For healers and laypeople in traditional cultures, burning sage is used to achieve a healing state — or to solve or reflect upon spiritual dilemmas. This may have some scientific basis, too.) We can buy our own sage and burn it, but I'm not comfortable doing that. I bought some sage spray and use that when I feel like I need to get some positive energy into my house.

I to have seen many spirts,and experienced alot of unseen activity. I am sensitive when something just don't feel right. I get a butterfly effect in my stomach. It's like my stomach inside is just shaking. Everything is made up of matter and energy and sometimes you can see it, or feel it. I do feel this more during a recent death of people I know who has passed. I do believe in God and maybe these people are just passing through or your loved ones are visiting you.

After reading your post, I am very concerned about you and want to caution you to please be very careful. As i believe that what you may be dealing with is demonic activity. I don’t want to scare you with that, but anything that makes you feel scared, anxious or uneasy, in any way, is not good and probably does not have your best interests at heart. Also, a good rule of thumb, in trying to determine whether what you are experiencing is good or not, is that if it is something good, you will not feel any fear, or negative vibes of any kind.....but you will feel calmness, love, joy and peace.
So my advice to you is any time you are feeling scared or uneasy, in any way.....pray to Jesus for your protection and you can also speak out loud and rebuke them, in the name of Jesus Christ. And, sometimes, you may have to do this, several times, for them to go away. But, always remember, that when you pray and speak this out, all things that are not of God have to go!!! Okay I just told my kiddos what they can say when there is a bad feeling or bad sight. And I will do the same. We seem to have both good and bad spirits coming in and out of our home. Thanks again for your care.

It might be worth engaging the benevolent spirits of the home, which is relatively easy to do by just opening your awareness to them. Start in the kitchen, where they tend to be strongest (it's the "heart of the home). To clear your home's energy (or boost it) peel some oranges, add lavender and basil plants or the dried variety, burn copal (a resin) if you have it. I don't recommend sage anymore for various reasons that I won't go into here.

okay a while back my uncle deid and acouple days after i never knew he deid and i saw a shadow in the cornor it looked so human i told my arents they never beilved me i went to slepe in my own bed a couple weeks after i saw it again this time at the head of my bed i asked it to leave and it just went under my bed and never showed up till two nights ago
