I'm struggling to find my identity, i don't want if i'm straight and i don't want to do. I don't know what i want with my life, i have a lot of fear.

I'm in a place that therapist are not that helpful, i tried few times, it didn't get better..

Fear clouds judgement and rationale thinking so it's no wonder you are struggling to think straight and figure out who you are and what you might want to do with your life.

My advice is to accept your situation, including those fearful thoughts and feelings. This will help to disperse that big black anxiety cloud that shrouds you and be ale to think more clearly.

A person with anxiety can only think anxious thoughts so no point struggling against it. Accept it all.
