I don't even remember the night when I slept well. I sleep when my body drains, say, 4 am someday, 5 am on another! My body can't relax, it's always tensed! I've been a bright one through out my life, but I even gave up on ambitions! The only thing I now want is to sleep peacefully and that too is not happening! I really wish I could sleep!!

Have you tried any type of meditation like body scans, progressive muscle relaxation, or visualizations? There is a meditation app Insight Timer that has a free version.
Try relaxing sounds maybe ocean sounds and drink Sleepy Time Tea😴 Here's hoping you sleep well 😊
Yes unfortunately a limited time.
The last time I slept 8hrs straight was when I was 10yrs old. Now I wake up after 2 hours of sleep. I used to get angry. Now I just accepted it and I just read a book, journal or watch How It's Made on TV.
