I woke up this morning not feeling well at all. I’ve been staying at my boyfriends moms house the past couple of days. They do have cats and I am allergic so this could be causing my headache between my eyes and my congestion. I am also achey in my lower back/thighs but I do have my period. I’m very anxious that I have Covid. I really don’t think I do because after waking up and drinking some tea and eating I felt slightly better. I’m currently taking a Covid test to see. I’m just extremely anxious and I don’t want to feel this way. I plan on taking a nice hot shower and getting back into bed

my Covid test was negative. I feel a little less anxious but I still don’t feel well so I will be going to bed
Daisy425 you are fine. You are safe. Your body knows what to do. Drill this self talk into your system. As you mentioned you feel crappy because you're on your period. That's natural.
Every woman feels like 💩 in their period. I know I do. Sometimes the week before it.
Also you are allergic to cats and are staying at someone's house who has cats. Yes, that too, will make you feel like dirt. I have allergies to and I hate when my nose runs and my eyes water. I have to run around with a box of tissues because I forgot to take a Claritin.
But you are okay. Everything is normal. Your COVID test is negative. You don't have any reason to worry. Take a nap and you will probably feel a little bit better when you wake up. Or just allow yourself to rest.
Sending love and hugs 🫂 ❤️
I have been going through the same thing with cats. I am allergic and my son has a cat and brought it with him while he is on break from college and I have been feeling the same with headaches, red eyes congestion, sneezing and I know it’s not Covid either. My sister in law came over for Christmas and she is allergic to cats and her left eye swelled up, gave her some allergy eye drops and it went away. Rest assured you will be fine. Good luck 👍🏻
I am also allergic to cats. This can make you feel quite bad. Don't touch your face. Consider taking a Zyrtec (US name for )OTC allergy pill-very effective with no side effects.
