See a doctor for a check up; then slowly and with the doctor's OK start an exercise program and begin eating better. Doing these two things may give you a focus and make you feel a little more optimistic.
Is your apt/house large enough to just walk back & forth, or to make the rounds of the place? Makes a big difference to me, as lying in bed all day is the worst - and painful! Are you older? Some towns/cities have visiting helpers who might get you going in a positive way. Sorry to hear of your pain.
