Hi y'all, what's good? Been a while; I hope you've been well?I have a question now: how does one just go at something without overthinking it? I feel like I overthink a whole lot, and it doesn't feel healthy. I'm on a mission of a thesis project and feel like I just think about it way too much. Also, just yesterday, I was on my school campus, saw this girl I liked, and just kept playing all sorts of negative outcomes in my head with any physical action to walk up to her.
How does one get over ruminating and actually doing things in the moment they need to be done? Sincere comments are appreciated, FAM!😃
