Job causing anxiety and depression

My job had increasingly made my anxiety and depression worse. I have ahdh and I am on the autism spectrum along with my anxiety and depression it’s been difficult to navigate frustrating situations at work. My job makes me paranoid because they put me under a microscope. I can’t help but think they are plotting to fire me. I know most say get a new job . It’s not easy in today’s economy. I can’t just quit because I can’t get state assistance

not quite sure I'm the best one to answer this but here goes...I totally understand the stress that comes with working and always how it always feels to be under the microscope...Not sure exactly what you do for a living.....but look at it this way....are you doing the best that you can...are you trying every day you are there...that's all anyone can ask of you...for me....being in corrections for as long as I have....I can't help but have worry and anxiety....what kind of events will happen today.....will I be exposed to violence, narcotics, or anything else that comes up....will i have to use narcan for the 1st time.....will someone have to use narcan on me....it goes on and on.....just do the best that you can with each situation as it arises...and the rest will take care of itself
