Every day I am getting more and more anxious. These anxiety attacks make me suffocate. It is 8 am in where I live right now and I couldn't sleep, kept crying, thinking about future, cried even more... I am so scared of what future will bring to us. How I am gonna push my life further, and I am in my early twenties, and my body shakes because how anxious I am. My legs shake, my muscles shake... Guys I don't know what to do. Any advice please? Hi irwmn2 that sucks that you're going through this. My therapist told me something that has stuck with me for a while, that tomorrow doesn't exist. Practicing mindfulness has helped me when my anxiety rears its ugly head, staying in the moment, appreciating the moments when I am fine. It takes some time, but it helps when I start to worry about the future. Hope this helps ☺️

I don't know much about your environment or if you are getting symptoms as a result of medication, Some people in your age group especially women can get more RLS, anxiety and augmentation,
Nutritional issues are normally the cause, taking medication doesn't fix it, some medications especially antidepressants can cause RLS and cause depression to be worse.

Thank you so much for the advice. I never used any type of antidepressant or psychological medication. So I dont know what causes my legs to shake. Like you said, I will increase iron in my diet. I will also see a doctor, I appreciate your support.

We can't worry about tomorrow, it's in the future. We have to leave
the past behind, it's gone. The only thing we have for certain is this moment
in time. When we struggle and worry, we lose the joy of today. Today was given
to us to Live and not just exist.
We cannot judge our emotions by how others appear. Some of us were born with
an over sensitized nervous system which opens the doors to worry and fear.
Coming on this forum will help you learn that you can become who you want to be.
