For all you insomniacs out there

I have been practicing yoga nidra for several months now. My sleep has improved dramatically. My issue with sleep was not falling asleep, it was staying asleep and waking up very early. I can now get myself back to sleep most of the time. I just wanted to share this because it might help someone else. Has anyone else experienced this from practicing yoga nidra?
